The sun came out and we were blessed with a beautiful day to poke along the edge of Lake Ontario.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Truck-Camper-Travels\/Alaska-2017\/i-9N78gDS\/0\/700c9ac9\/M\/IMG_1711-M.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">New York is the apple state, Big Apple and lots of little apple trees. Apple trees as far as the eye can see.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>We meandered along the lake shore and stopped at a small state park to take break and enjoy the view.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Truck-Camper-Travels\/Alaska-2017\/i-fTPh5T3\/0\/25a602e8\/M\/DSC_0003-M.jpg\" width=\"599\" height=\"397\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Truck-Camper-Travels\/Alaska-2017\/i-jJrKBLR\/0\/269083f4\/S\/DSC_0004-S.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"265\" \/>\u00a0Lake Ontario is impressively large and the vistas today were wonderful because of the nice weather. We didn&#8217;t bother to photograph the gorgeous and expensive homes along the lake shore but I&#8217;m sure you can imagine the money it takes to buy a view like this.<\/p>\n<p>Niagara Falls is also impressive. Photos don&#8217;t really do it justice but the perfect weather made for a great visit.
